At Hello Pretty Junction, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While we hope you adore every item you select, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. That's why we offer an accommodating return policy, providing you with the flexibility you need.

Effective immediately, all returns will be processed for in-store credit only. Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

   • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Return Process:

   • Simply email about the item(s) you wish to return, along with your proof of purchase, to mistye@helloprettyjunction.com

   • Our friendly staff will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets our return criteria.

   • Once approved and item returned (with in the 10 day time period), you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or discounts applied.

3. Store Credit:

   • Your store credit will be issued in the form of a Hello Pretty Junction gift card, valid for future purchases.

   • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Final Sale Items:

   • Please note that certain items, such as clearance or final sale merchandise, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Hello Pretty Junction reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Shipping: Shipping is typically 1-2 business days (M-F excluding holidays) from the time you make your purchase.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any "re-routing", carrier delays, lost or stolen shipments by the carrier once the package leaves our store.
